the brand new of me :p

when i was in semester 2, 2009 55kg ONLY !


I gain 12 kg in 3 years, can u believe that ?? OMG

 berat dolu-dolu :: 55kg on 2008
berat 2010 :: 60 ++ menakutkan nocss

so as a solution, motip kau berspeaking bagai aku melancarkan diet sihat ,sihat ke ? hahaha
for u alls punya information, seminggu dah aku tak makan nasik,
naseb abek la aku tak gila nak makan nasik, so tengok pun cam tak bernafsu jee
rahsianyaaaa, hohoho SD2, yang kat bawah ni


144 je, affordable laa !


so far, alhamdulillah da turun about 3 kg, so target hujung minggu ni target 6kg,
waw, kelass kau maria hahaha ~

 petuanya senang sajee
  • banyak minum air not less then 2 liter per day 
  • less the carbo, more the protein ! - IMPORTANT
  • enough sleep
  • enjoy ur life
  • minum SD2 4x sehari sebelum makan 






so apa korang tunggu, nothing is impossible !
